The Light Residences is in Mandaluyong, very near the Boni Train Station. It is a 50-storey condominium with a gym and lap pool. Our unit is in the 47th floor, giving you a great view of the metropolis. The building has its own mall with a parking space, however, if you will be bringing a car which you will need to park, the cost might be too expensive. They charge 30 pesos for the first two hours then additional 20 pesos per hour after the first two hours The space The unit is 23sq.m. and has no balcony. If you prefer a unit with balcony, kindly check the availability of our other listing. The window is facing the amenities (sunrise). Guest access Guests will have access to a lap pool but for a fee of 150-300 pesos per use. Guests are no longer allowed to use the gym. There is also a small playground for children. A new rule also limits guests from bringing visitors. If you will be having visitors during your stay, kindly inform us two days before the expected data of visit.
