The cottage, located in an old Perigord farmhouse, has 6 bedrooms on 2 levels, each with its own bathroom, a living room/bar, a kitchen and a spacious dining room. The entire cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning, radiators and 2 wood stoves. Wi-Fi. You can eat on a large covered terrace, 2 barbecues, play area on large grounds. Guest access Parking inclus Other things to note Access to one of the 6 bedrooms is via a passageway. This bedroom has, like the others, its own bathroom and toilet. This cottage is rented preferentially from Saturday to Saturday. Possibility to rent sheets and towels: €16/1 pers, €22/2 pers. The air conditioning systems are functional from 7pm to midnight to cool the cottage before bedtime. On request, it is possible to have air conditioning at all times for a fee of €20 per day.
