The cottage, located in an old Périgord farmhouse, has 6 bedrooms on 2 levels, each with its own bathroom, 1 living room/bar, a fitted kitchen and a spacious dining room. The majority of the cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning, radiators, and 2 wood stoves. Wifi. You can eat on a large covered terrace, 2 barbecues, play area on large grounds. Guest access Parking inclus Other things to note Access to one of the 6 bedrooms is via a corridor. This bedroom has, like the others, its own bathroom and toilet. It does not have air conditioning, but 80 cm stone walls insulate it. This cottage is rented from Saturday to Saturday during the summer. Possibility to rent linens and towels: €16/1 person, €22/2 people. Air conditioning systems are functional from 7 p.m. to midnight to cool the cottage before bedtime. On request, it is possible to have air conditioning at all times for a fee of €20 per day.
