Lovely House with big garden in Aminadav

House in the hills with beautiful fresh air, just 5mins from the Aminadav forest with several springs - the closest one (Ein Tamar) is only a 15mins walk away. We have a big private garden with a big pool under the mulberry tree, a place for a fire in the evenings and a wooden deck that's shaded by vines. The local groceries store is 5mins by foot, the closest bust station to get into town is 50m from our doorstep. We have a very friendly cat Gershon. He might share the couch with you;) No dogs. The space The house has a big living room with open kitchen and a sofa that opens to a comfortable double bed, a small bedroom with a single matress; upstairs is the kids room with two single beds plus the parents bedroom with a queen size bed (1,80 x 2m). We have an open wi-fi. Private parking next to the house big enough for 2 or 3 cars. Due to the roof above the groundfloor is always nice and cool even during hot days. We barely use the aircon, but it's there if you feel like it. The house comes with a cat (loosely) attached;) his name is Gershon and he is very friendly. If you can give hime food once a day (from the outside closet) he will repay you with cuddles.. Guest access You'll have the whole space to yourself. Other things to note The local groceries is 5mins walk next to the local playground, synagogue and clalit clinic. The next bu station to get into town is 50m from our doorstep. Check the time table of the bus on our door. If you want to be more independent you can take the car to Mount Herzl, park there for free and continue into town with the light rail. It's by far the easiest option to go downtown, because finding (cheap) parking space there is a serious hustle.
