A private room with own bathroom/wet room. Own entrance and back door to garden which can be used but is shared with owner of house and children. The room is furnished with a small double sofa bed, a TV (amazon prime) console table for laptop/dressing table use and cooking facilities. There is a heater/fan and a storage cupboard. There is space in the drive for one car. Would suit a single professional person. 5 min walk to Leatherhead Station & Town. Guest access Guests can access the private room from the front of the house with their own key (it is separate from the owner's house). They can also access the back garden (which is shared with the owner and her children) through the back door of the room if needed. During your stay I am home quite a lot of the time when I'm not working at the local school. I teach from home evenings and weekends so I won't be available during the lessons I teach so please message my mobile or call me if there is a problem and I will do my best to answer and assist in-between my lessons. Other things to note Fabulous location, 5 minute walk into Leatherhead Town Centre and to the Train Station, great place to travel into London quickly and also towards Guildford. There is a small space in the drive for one car. I do teach music from my house Sundays and some evenings so you may hear some piano playing/clarinet and singing from time to time when I am working.
