This guest suite includes: + Bedroom - Queen-size bed, Full Cupboard, Bed Stand, Bedding, Pillows, Blanket. + Living Room - Couch, Work desk, Chairs, Lamp, Fan + Kitchen - Fridge, Stovetop, Water heater, Plates & Cutlery, Cooking basics (oil, salt, pepper) + Bathroom - Standing Shower, Toilet. Note: There are 4-5 steps to get to the bathroom from the living room. + Backyard - Chairs, Table. Note: the backyard is a shared space with the owners and you are welcome to use it if we are not. Guest access The entire 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, and restroom are accessible via a dedicated entrance. You'll have a private space and won't be disturbed by owners who live upstairs and are available to assist as needed. Other things to note Location is on a residential street and requires responsible, respectful and quiet individuals. Unfortunately the home is not wheelchair accessible. No pets.
