Please text me & confirm before the booking! This is an Executive Studio located in prime spot of Besant Nagar. It is Spacious, private & cosy space with an ensuite balcony & bathroom. Being honest, this is one of the 💕 most loved Airbnb's of all my listings, everything is customised to match the guest's comfort & interest. You'll have a great time spending your stay here with greenery all around, open terrace and have easy access to anything from beach, hotel, clubs to vacation spots. The space The Studio is nice & cosy that is designed to suit the expectations of guest's from around the world. The main living area consists of a Private room/Kitchen with Basic utensil/Western bathroom /TV/Free Wi-Fi/AC for Working Professionals, Tourist’s, Business professionals, Foreigners. - STUDIO - The Studio room comprises of everything as presented in the image, The bed (6x4.5 ft) can accommodate 2 person. There's a beautiful wall mirror, a natural oak table, worktable. For entertainment the FHD TV can stream Amazon, Netflix and other OTT media. With respect to temperature, although located on top floor, the 1.5-ton AC supercool the space in no time. - KITCHEN - Large and convenient space certainly the main highlight of this listing. Equipped with all the basic necessary utensils from cooker to pan. Microwave facility for basic heating and an Exhaust Chimney for ventilation. - BATHROOM - The bathroom is equipped with a Western Commode, Heater, Head shower and wash basin, additionally we have a pressure motor linked to enable good water pressure for guests - ENTRY LOBBY - The Studio entrance leads to the lobby area that contains the closet, shoe stand and a welcome note. Guest access Upon arrival, Guests are required to report to the 1st Floor and inform their check-in upon which key set shall be provided for their Room and Main entrance gate. You are free to access the Terrace in the outdoor & have a relish in the evenings. Other things to note - Frequently Asked Questions - 1) Explain about the Electricity charges, what is the pricing? Short Stay: NOT APPLICABLE when usage is LESS THAN 15 units/day - Guests are charged additionally when their electricity usage/day EXCEEDS 15 units (An average guest uses 10-12 units a day with AC running for 8 hours), There is also a power meter to monitor your usage! So, you can always keep an eye on the usage For usage beyond 15 units, ₹11 charged for every unit i.e. ₹11/unit Long Stays: i.e. For stays of 28 days or more SLAB SYSTEM: 0-150 = ₹9/unit 151-300 = ₹10/unit 300+ = ₹11/unit 👉🏻 Consumption is monitored by Electronic Meter already installed in your room 2) What Floor is the listing? 3rd Floor, 👉🏻 Lift facility is unavailable, stair access only. 3) Is this a Shared/Private space? Yes, for Long Stays No, for Short Stays less than 4 nights, Minimum of 4 day's required (Should be engaged/family consented) - We will require Govt ID during the booking 5) Explain about the maintenance, cleaning process? Basic Room Cleaning is done on alternate days, Guests are required to let in the housekeeper to clean the place. YES, we permit cooking of CHICKEN, FISH, BEEF and MUTTON & all vegetarian products. However, cooking of any other animal meat is STRICTLY NOT PERMITTED. 8) What is the Refundable Security Deposit all about? Applicable only for OFFLINE BOOKINGS = (Rs 8000 - Long Stay) | (Rs 3000 – Short Stay), This amount shall be collected while check-in and returned upon checkout. 9) Are Infants allowed? Sorry, this listing won’t be convenient. 10) Tell us about the Laundry Services. Laundry Washing is available in our building premises in the terrace, Guests can use the machine to wash their clothes, Guests are kindly requested to buy their own detergent liquids/pods. Laundry Iron service is available just opposite to the building/ provided on request. 11) Any other rules I should be aware of? STRICT NO - Party / Drinks / Smoking inside the premises. If any damages found, the guest is liable to replace the product/ pay the replacement charge. Avoid staining the blanket/bedsheet/towel with food Importantly this is a HOMESTAY, NOT A HOTEL! Please treat the hosts & the maid with due RESPECT. Importantly, return us the listing in the exact condition as given to you. Please safeguard your belongings as we’re not responsible for any loss/damage to your belongings.
