Our 4 bedroom, spacious home offers a chef’s kitchen, hot-tub, two outdoor fire pits, an outdoor sitting area in a private back-yard & hi-speed internet. The space Main Floor Living & Dining Starting off with the main floor, our home boasts an open flow, with a large modernly-decorated living room that leads into a spacious dining room that comfortably seats 8. From there, you’ll find our chef’s kitchen, complete with an island and bar stools. Enjoy your morning coffee in our sunroom, which boasts a breakfast table and beautiful large windows that look into our private backyard. We also have an office/sitting room off the kitchen with large windows for your convenience and hi-speed internet. We have a Nest Thermostat and Alex Echo for your convenience. Chef's Kitchen Fully stocked kitchen with large kitchen island for friends to gather around. The Kitchen opens into the dining room. The kitchen includes complete table placing for 12, including indoor and outdoor dining ware, Kids dinning ware. Keurig drip and pod combo coffee maker, De' Longhi Espresso maker and tea kettle. A variety of coffee, pods, teas, creamer and sugar provided. Pots & pans, baking dishes, storage containers, serving platters, air fryer, baking sheets, full-set of cutting knives, cutting boards, cheese knives, wine amenities, full-set of spices, oil & vinegar, salt and pepper. You won't be searching for anything! Upstairs Lodging Head upstairs to find THREE FULL BEDROOMS, including the master, and two full bathrooms. One bedroom has an ensuite. The master bed has a KING size bed and the two other rooms have a queen bedrooms all with luxury linens and duvet comforters. Our ENSUITE BATHROOM features a stand-up shower, while the second bathroom offers a clawfoot tub with a hand-held shower handle. You will find fluffy, bathrobes in each room. Private Lower Level Retreat Another unique feature is our finished lower level, which is a warm and private space, featuring a large sectional, 65” TV, a FOURTH bedroom, and full bath with stand-up shower. You’ll also find a washer and dryer for your convenience. Outdoor Entertaining Spaces Outside, our fully-fenced home offers FOUR different areas for you to relax and enjoy. The first is a large outdoor sitting area off the back of the house, covered by a pergola with twinkling bar lights. Here, you can enjoy your wine on the large outdoor sectional next to a large BRAND NEW fire-table or while soaking in our hot tub spa in privacy! Next to the pergola under the open sky, settle into a comfy Adirondack chair that is gathered another fire-pit and for good conversation and to star gaze. For the third area, there is a deck right off the sunroom with an outdoor dining room set to enjoy a homemade meal outside. Other things to note Please note, because the home is located in the close to downtown, 2nd street can be noisy as night. We provide ear plugs
