Do send us an advance notice for this service The space 8 Aliliw Farmhouse is located in a 2.8 hectare farmland in the province of Lucban Quezon. It is ideal for intimate gatherings with family, friends and colleagues. It has a modern provincial resthouse ambiance with its open and airy lay out making it an ideal resting place to enjoy the cool and breezy tropical rainforest climate of Lucban. There is no aircondition in the house but it is very well ventilated — multiple ceiling fans and extra stand fans are available for you. The house can accommodate 14 guests comfortably. Before booking, pls indicate the exact number of guests staying including house staff, drivers etc — maximum of 16 guest can be arranged with additional fee of P700 per person, per night beyond 14 guests. Guest access You have access to the use of the entire house. Feel free to walk around the farm and be cautious for your own safety. Only the farm owner’s private villa is off limits to guests. There are 2 sleeping areas in the house: - Masters Bedroom at the ground floor sleeps 4 guests (2 queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower heaters) - Mezzanine on the second floor sleeps 10 guest (5 beds with pull out mattress - common toilet and bath are located at the ground floor with shower heaters) - Fully equipped kitchen (You are allowed to cook) - The lanai has the view of the man made lagoon with outdoor daybed and additional dining area. There is also a home gym equipment you can use. - Mini yoga house with a view of Mt. Banahaw & a bonfire pit. - We have high speed wifi connection (Converge)
