The space Come and enjoy your stay in this piece of heaven located on the Trent-Severn Waterway, a 386 Km long connecting Lake Ontario to Georgian Bay, Lake Huron. Direct water access to the Trent River makes it perfect for all water activities. This cozy 2-bedroom cottage is an open concept dining room, living room and kitchen with an amazing and unspoiled view of the Trent River – nothing but nature and conservation on the other side of river. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, water cooler, pans, cutlery, dishes, and more. Living room has a large L-shaped comfy couch, a Samsung 55" Smart TV and Electric Fireplace. Dining Room offers a large table and a ceiling fan with gorgeous water views. 2 Bedrooms: 1st bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and a walk-out to the deck. 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed with 2 twins mattress. The cottage includes board games, TV, DVD player and DVD movies for adults and kids. All bedding, towels and bathroom amenities are provided to all guests. Dazzling sunsets awaits you! Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Check in is easy with a keypad. This is our personal secondary residence, therefore looking for mature renters that will be respectful of our neighbors and noise levels. We give full privacy to guests but we can be contacted via Airbnb messaging. Other things to note You are welcome to bring your own boat/water ski as the public boat launch is close by. Please note: The cottage is located down a steep hill, offering extra privacy and beautiful views. The setting is peaceful and secluded once you arrive. Most vehicles manage fine, but it may not be ideal for low-clearance cars. We highly recommend to use an AWD vehicle.
