Cozy Apartment in the ADK’s (Private Entrance)

Hello! The space is a private apartment including living, full kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom spaces. There is a private entrance and free parking on the property. There is a pullout couch for extra sleeping capacity. The couch comfortably fits one but could squeeze two if needed. We are 30 minutes from both Lake Placid and Plattsburgh. 15 minutes from Whiteface Mountain. AuSable is a quiet town with a bar, pizza shop, grocery store, and gas station a short walk away. Thanks for considering! The space We host two apartments within the home and the main part of the house is occupied by us. There is potential for noise during your stay. The space offers all the amenities of an apartment, living, dining, kitchen, bath and bedroom spaces. As well as access to our backyard + fire pit! A coffee bar with creamers + sugar as well as some snacks! A quick fun fact! The house was originally built in the late 1800’s and was later converted into a convent for the church across the road. In the main house, many rooms still have a sink! Guest access The entire apartment and backyard. Other things to note No pets are allowed other than service and emotional support animals. Thank you!
