The house is sunny and warm with a fireplace, double glazing, and two heat pumps. The open-plan living spaces are well set up for entertaining, with easy access to the multiple decks and garden. The outdoor area has many treats for guests to enjoy including bbq, pizza oven, spa and a trampoline for the kids. The space The top storey of this two-level home consists of an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, plus master bedroom and one single child's bedroom with bunk beds. The final bedroom is a large child's room with double bed, located downstairs with the bathroom and laundry. Both of the children's bedrooms have floor mattresses available if required. The property has a driveway at the bottom on the flat but please note that the house is located on a hill and access is up a short pathway with some stairs. Other things to note Please note, while there is a tv screen available for use it isn't connected to any services. Guests will need to bring their own laptop to stream through. All the necessary cables for connecting to the television are provided.
