1600s thatched 5 bed hs w huge rooms, fab kitchen

Quaint, country cottage decor, vintage touches (built in the 1600s). It is grade 2 listed with a thatched roof. Lots of history and very charming. But elderly plumbing system, et cetera so be patient! New ensuite bathrooms have been put in two of the bedrooms however, on top of the bathroom upstairs and the shower room downstairs at the back of the utility room. There is a studio across the courtyard which may be possible to use. Garden too but use by prior arrangement only. Sleeps Max 13 The space Run of the whole house, which fronts the Village Square so you are very central. The village itself is remote. The rooms are extremely spacious, downstairs is massive – the dining room can seat many but we only list this as a five bedroomed house as we do not include use of the garden (this is possible but by prior arrangement only because we have an elderly neighbour who is very poorly who overlooks the garden and it’s important not to make noise after 9 pm) Easy to find a space to be on your own even though you are in a big group or large family. Guest access Full access of the whole house and courtyard at the back Other things to note Please note this is a very quiet neighbourhood. We appreciate you coming indoors by 11 pm as one of our neighbours is poorly, that’s why we don’t list the garden. No use of garden unless by prior arrangement (it’s not difficult! And we do have a lazy spa hot tub if you meet the criteria) Sorry no stag parties or student parties. We can host your doggie, and we have a list of guidelines if you could ask about them please. Just £30 for extra cleaning to bring your pooch. We have a dog flap and an enclosed courtyard. Please note the downstairs room also converts to a single or double bedroom but we do not list this. It’s set up as a little TV room with good broadband. (Aka teenager room!) Finally, there is an outside studio with a mini home gym, again we don’t list this as we have a few criteria about it but most people find it easy to meet there criteria! Just ask!
