Beautiful and spacious holiday home refurbished to a high standard. Ideal for families, friends, couples, cyclists, rambling or dog walkers. Children and dogs welcome. Sole use of the outdoor swimming pool (4 hours per day) Heated Jun - Aug, subject to weather. Cold water swimming May & Sept Basic EV charging available The space Pen Hills is a beautifully furnished self-contained holiday home with over 1000 sqft of accommodation set over 2 floors, with a great feeling of space enhanced with vaulted ceilings in both bedrooms. Suitable for 2 - 5 guests with two large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/diner with dishwasher, separate lounge, log burner, TV Sky/Netflix & outdoor porch to watch the stunning sunsets. The master bedroom has a king size bed, chest of drawers, two bedside tables, a sofa and a large wardrobe. The family bedroom has one king size and one single bed plus a cot if needed. It also has a dressing table, two bedside tables and a large wardrobe. Each bedroom also has a hairdryer. The upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower and glass shower screen, whilst the downstairs shower room has a fully enclosed 1200mm shower cubicle. In the lounge there are comfortable chairs with foot stools, a sofa, TV with Netflix and some Sky, log burner (logs included) and a desk and chair. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. In the hallway there are children's toys and books and storage for the fireguard, iron and ironing board, hoover and cleaning materials. Guest access The front of the house (seen in the photos) is very spacious & all yours, set over two floors, attached at ground floor only to the owners accommodation through two sets of doors for sound proofing. Ample parking close to the house with a gated drive. Your own entrance porch and access to 16 acres of private fields, which lead on to public footpaths, which provide walks of varying distances for all capabilities. Other things to note Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome, lots of lovely countryside walks & wonderful places to visit locally. We also have an onsite dog sitting services available by prior arrangement - ask for more details. Level 1 charging for electric cars is available - additional fees apply.
