A fold out futon can increase total guest count to 4, all linens and toiletries are provided. Guest access Within walking distance to both bustling, progressive Fairfax and sweet San Anselmo you will have easy access to a spectrum of parks, bars, grocery stores, restaurants, shops and hiking/mountain biking trails. Also easy to grab public transportation, our home backs up to open space and is across the street from a school with a large yard for playing baseball, soccer, kite flying you name it!
