Located in the countryside, a short walk away from Alston's town centre which includes a pub, cafe and some shops. Perfect for a relaxing break in an area of outstanding natural beauty, lots of scenic walks from the doorstep. Private garden with a hot tub, a perfect way to view the stars on a clear night. Cosy up in front of the log burner in the spacious lounge. The space Downstairs is an open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge. The tiered space has 1 step down from the kitchen to the dining area and 3 steps from the dining to the lounge area. There is also a downstairs WC. The dining area has patio doors that will lead you to the enclosed garden with a patio, decking with a table, chairs, and private hot tub. Upstairs the property has 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite. Towels and bathrobes are supplied. Other things to note £50 deposit required for EV charger access, this must be requested in advance and is refunded on departure. Current rate is 35p per kWh payable locally. Bring a torch if you plan on walking at night (especially coming home from the pub 😊)
