This room offers plenty of space. Relax on the couch with a book, bring your mat and squeeze in an early morning yoga session, or snuggle up in bed and watch Netflix while you contemplate the sunset from the over-sized picture window. This room is located in an inn licensed with the State of Maine. *No Off Street Parking* Parking within a half mile is hourly only 9a-5p M-F. Outside these hours & on weekends you can park on our street. The space We are located in the West End, just over a mile southwest of the Old Port in the historic neighborhood known for its elaborate Victorian-era architecture. Our neighborhood offers you the tranquility of the Western Promenade, an 18-acre park offering scenic views and walking paths, in tandem with a host of popular restaurants and cafes, all within easy walking distance. The neighboring Arts District and Old Port offer plenty to explore on foot, including museums, art galleries, theaters, restaurants, shops, and bars. Your private room is furnished with a queen sized bed, white noise machine, desk, and a couch. A Smart TV is provided should guests have their own streaming services. *no cable or streaming service is provided by the host* This room does not have an off-street parking spot. Because we neighbor Maine Medical Center, parking within a half-mile radius is hourly parking only from 9 am-5 pm Monday through Friday. If you arrive on a weekday at 4 pm or later, you can just park on a neighboring street and leave the car for the night until 10 am the next morning. If you arrive on a weekday at 3 pm or are staying for multiple days, we can provide you with street parking directions a half-mile walk away. Other things to note During the winters, the City of Portland may declare a parking ban during a large snow storm (or even a day or two after). During these parking bans, parking is limited to specific streets and parking lots.
