A cozy studio in West Toronto known as "Stockyards Neighbourhood" (10 min walk to St. Clair- 20-25 min walk to the Junction). Just bring your suitcase! Only 30 - 35 min via transit to downtown (U of t - ROM) or 25 min drive. 8 min drive/15 min bus to Keele subway home to the famous High Park. Stockyards Mall is 8 min walk with all you need - "Nations" grocery, Shoeless Joes, Sunset Grill Includes coffee and tea and spices. Unit is not soundproof. Only book if you do not mind some noise. The space Cozy. Clean. Convenient. You will have access to the entire guest space, located on the lower level of the house. The space is ideal for both short, and long term visitors, with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and settle in. There is a double bed for 2 people, and sofa which folds out into another bed. The wifi is fast, and the unit is great for working remotely. Please note, this is a small unit (less than 400 sq ft, and not ideal for more than 2 visitors). Private entrance through the side of the house. There is parking for 1 vehicle (small vehicle only which needs to be pre-arranged). Stocked with dish-ware, cutlery and pots and pans. Unit is not soundproof.
