Cozy private room in the heart of Altgarbsen

I am happy to welcome cosmopolitan and nice guests to my modern apartment. You'll love my place. It's newly renovated and located in the heart of Garbsen in the central and popular Altgarbsen district. There are various supermarkets, kiosks, snack bars and bakeries in the immediate vicinity, which are within walking distance. The city center is quickly accessible by tram line U4, the stop is a 7-minute walk away. The space If you want to see Hanover or experience Hanoverian culture, then you have come to the right place. But even if you're visiting for a project or course in Hanover, you are very welcome! We offer a total of 1-2 people sleeping in a private room. The large waterbed (2.00 m x 2.20 m) and the extraordinary atmosphere invite you to relax after a busy day. The desk offers space for your course material or project work. The room is quietly located without a lot of traffic. You are welcome to wash your laundry, watch TV in the living room, use the kitchen to your heart's content, the Internet is of course free of charge and everything else is at your disposal in the apartment. We want our guests to feel comfortable and keep everything as clean as possible, but we rely on your cooperation during this time and therefore ask you to leave the apartment and room clean after your stay. If towels and duvet covers are required, I will of course be happy to provide them for a flat rate of €10 per person. My motto: "Treat everything as if it were your own." During your stay Check-in is possible from 3:30 pm - 11:00 pm. Check-out until 11 am. Early check-in is possible by arrangement. Late check-out is possible on request for a fee of 10 euros.
