They are exactly the same in area and furniture, differ only in the view from the window. Moreover, the side on which the windows overlook is also the same - to the pool, mountain and some houses (if looking down). Utility costs NOT INCLUDED in rent price and will be charged additionally by meters. Electricity - 6 THB/unit; Water - 50 THB/unit. Only 10 min by foot and you are on one of the best beaches of Phuket - NaiHarn, which is famous for their snow white sand and gently sloping water. Within a 10-min walk there are more than 40 restaurants of local and European food for every taste and budget, 3 supermarkets, 2 gyms for Thai boxing and countless massage salons.
