Welcome to Viks fiskeläge at Österlen! This is your chance to rent an entire house in one of the most scenic locations in southern Sweden, close to Stenshuvud National Park and lots of activities for the whole family. The house serves as our holiday home - We retreat to this wonderful place throughout the year to relax, sometimes to work, but more than anything else, we come to here enjoy the closeness to the sea and the surrounding nature. Welcome to our home! The space The house measures 120 square meters across two floors. It has a patio garden surrounded on all sides by the house creating a cosy atmosphere even when you sit outside. The house sleeps four people in the main house (this is the MAXIMUM number of guests), in two bedrooms. There are two toilets (one on each floor), one separate and one in the main bathroom. The main bathroom has a shower cabin and a bath. An additional shower cabin is available in the combined storage room (holding large wardrobes) and laundry facility (containing a washing machine and tumble drier). The large living room features a sitting area and a dining area (two people may find it cosier to eat in the kitchen), both overlooking the fireplace (logs for the fire are provided free of charge). The kitchen is decorated in a romantic/rustic style and has a everything you can expect (except perhaps a microwave), including a dishwasher. The house comes with (fibre) broadband wifi available in most of the house. Parking is available (free of charge) in a designated area along the beach, a one-minute walk from the house (several other spaces are available in the village). We have children and can guarantee that the house is "child friendly". Any toys, books etc. that you find in the house are available for your use. However, the house is not "child proof" in the sense that we take any responsibility for your children's' wellbeing while you're staying in the house. Thus, if you have toddlers, you need to be mindful that this is an old house. The "shed" holds two full size (adult) bicycles, both of which you are welcome to use! Other things to note Please note that the maximum number of guests in our house is four (4). Please also note that bedlinen and towels are NOT included (you need to bring your own).
