Thanks to the thick walls and the quadruple-glazed windows of the passive house, it is pleasantly quiet inside, with hardly any noise from outside or the neighbors. The apartment is located in the Reiherstiegviertel, right by the Ernst-August-Kanal, surrounded by water. The space The appartment is barrier-free and wheelchair accessible (no doorsteps, shower at ground-level, doornops and light-switches low, all doorn over 90cm wide) and childfriendly. It has a own operation ventilation system with an energie saving heat recovery. The double-bed is 180 x 200 cm, the bunk-bed 150x 200 cm. The kitchen and bad are fully equipped. We are renting out our home while we are on holiday. This means the apartment is lived in. It is not a sterile holiday flat, but a real home with books on the shelves, toys in the corner, and a kitchen that is regularly used for cooking.
