Luxury riverside cottage with hot tub

'Roselyn Cottage' is a charming creekside retreat in Lerryn, perfect for exploring the Fowey River, stunning beaches (like Lantic Bay), Charlestown (of Poldark fame) and the Eden Project. It's right in the heart of Lerryn village, near the water's edge which is great for kayaks (included!) and stunning footpath walks along the riverbank. You will have a wood-fired hot tub and we love dogs, so you're welcome to bring two along with you! The space Roselyn is a very old cottage but has been completely refurbished and modernised in 2019. The style is chic and modern, with a handcrafted kitchen, open plan living area, comfy bedrooms, modern bathrooms, large sunny garden. Roselyn is set back from the quiet village road and you approach the cottage up the garden path to the front door. This is flanked on either side by an elegant paved terrace, which catches the afternoon sun, and has a café-style table and chairs. You’ll step through traditional half-glazed stable doors into the bright and airy open-plan living area, with a comfy sofa, vintage Ercol easy chairs, a contemporary wood burner and smart TV. Also in this space is a dining table for six and a beautiful hand-crafted kitchen. This has a large central island with granite worktop, a Neff hob and oven, and is generously equipped for keen cooks. Downstairs is also a utility room and WC. The main garden is behind the property and is on three terraces. The centrepiece is our Finnish hot tub, which can fit three to five people. You fire it up using wood, which we provide, and the water heats really quickly. The upper terrace of the garden is lawned and has garden seating and a classic barbecue for al fresco dining.
