Cozy bedroom with double bed adjoining living room on first floor of charming two story colonial home. Living room offers added space for your enjoyment, more like suite than small bedroom. Powder room is adjacent to bedroom with 3/4 bath (shower upstairs). Shower might be shared if other guest room is occupied. Bay views from living room and front yard. Beautiful neighborhood in great part of town! The space Lovely home that sits atop South Hill overlooking Bellingham Bay. Located midway between Fairhaven Village and downtown Bellingham. We are walking distance to WWU and a 15-20 minute walk to Fairhaven. Your bedroom adjoins living room with adjacent powder room and shower upstairs. This bedroom is private but less sound proof than upstairs room as it is right off living room. You may hear front door open/close if other guest bedroom is occupied. This room is next to our driveway/carport/back door, so you may have some related noise, but we try to be sensitive and keep coming/going noise to a minimum during sleeping hours. Guest access Guest will have access to bedroom, bathrooms, living room, dining room, limited kitchen use and outside lawn/patio areas. During your stay We are happy to interact with guests. Other things to note This full bed sits a bit high off the floor.
