Your own home a Stones Throw from the Beach

Your bright and open-plan annexe is a minutes walk from Ynyslas Beach. A fantastic location for Walking, Kiteboarding, Mountain Biking and Bucket and Spade Beach holidays. Great for groups, families or couples. On our doorstep we have beautiful sunsets, a Bronze age petrified forest exposed at low tide, a Nature Reserve and a top Links Golf Course and endless walking trails. Well serviced by bus or train straight into Aberystwyth itself. The space Your holiday home is annexed to the rear of our own house, so you will see us frequently during the day coming and going to our garden. If you want total privacy and seclusion this area isn't really like that. You come here for our amazing beach and access to our wonderful countryside By your entrance door there are hooks to hang up wetsuits if needed and a Wellie/walking boot stand. Inside the hall are coat hooks, rubber mats for boots etc. and dog towels and settee covers for the dog aswell, You then come through double doors into a large open-plan space which is a great for families. There is a dining table area to seat 5 comfortably, a seating area with 2 comfy sofas and coffee tables , TV wth firestick so you can log into your own TV apps, digital radio, a wood stove with a supply of logs, a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen. From here you can either go upstairs via a spiral staircase or through to the conservatory where there is another table and settees, fairy lights and really nice at night and then to your enclosed outdoor eating area which in the summer is covered in grape vine and climbers and private. There is a wooden table and a love seat and umbrella . Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, one single, one double and one with bunks, all comfortably furnished and a shower room/toilet/sink/towels. Guest access This is all your own entire house. Other things to note The spiral staircase can be difficult should you have limited mobility.
