The space Spacious studio with a high ceiling and large windows overlooking the Kallio Church. The unique layout is enhanced by designer furniture and careful details. The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, four plate induction stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and kitchen essentials. The living area is furnished with designer pieces from the famous Finnish architect and designer Alvar Aalto. The 70" flat screen TV with a home theatre sound system create an immersive movie experience. You are able to connect your own Netflix account through the Apple TV. There is a sofa-bed in the living room. The loft has a King size bed and plenty of outlets, so you don't have to worry about running out of battery while browsing through your phone or laptop. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and a washing machine. A travel cot is available for 10€ per night, up to a maximum of 50€ per stay. High chairs can be rented for 5€ per night, up to a maximum of 20€ per stay. Guest access The whole apartment will be in your use. Make yourself feel at home! Other things to note Please note in advance that the loft height is 97 cm. There is no elevator in the building. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (ground, 2nd, 3rd). The stairway is wide and brightly lit, in case you need assistance with your luggage, please contact us in advance. Please note that in Finland, the standard indoor temperature is set between 18-21°C, per official guidelines. Central heating is capped at 21°C to promote energy efficiency, and heating costs are shared across the building, meaning owners and tenants cannot adjust the system. Rapid temperature changes may cause brief delays in heating adjustment. This system is common in the Nordics and supports Finland's sustainable energy efforts. Thank you for your understanding! Keep in mind that for environmental reasons, only one towel is provided for each guest. If you require extra towels, they must be requested 24 hours in advance at an additional cost of €10 per towel. Additionally, this is a self check-in property. The key pickup location is conveniently located within 200 meters of the apartment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
