Villa Methoni, pool, close to the local and sea (450 m)

The newly built family-friendly villa with pool is located directly in the old, typical Greek fishing town of Methoni, which also has historical sights to offer historical sights with its medieval fortress rising into the sea. Methoni is located at the southwestern end of the Peloponnese, only a few kilometers from the lively port city of Pylos and the booming Gulf region around Navarino. Adventurous and party-goers will also find Finikounda in the neighboring surf destination. The space From the modern villa, located on a plot of almost 4,000 m2, you can walk within a few minutes to the sea (about 450 meters) and the town center with its unadulterated Greek taverns, shops and cafes (about 800 meters). We also provide our guests with free rental bikes, so you can do without the car during your vacation. The villa was finished in the fall of 2019 and have all amenities to meet the highest standards. Air conditioning, alarm system and washing machine are self-evident. All bedrooms and the living room have TV and free Wi-Fi. The large garden is surrounded by about 250 oleander trees and has its own orchard. On the sun terrace and in the private 32 m2 pool with outdoor shower you can enjoy your holiday with your family and friends at the fullest. The spacious 130 m2 property has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living-dining area and on the upper floor a 50 m2 large spacious gallery with private sleeping facilities. One of the bedrooms and the bathroom is also equipped with its own entrance. High-quality Fussenegger bedding ensures a good night's sleep, and in the bathrooms you'll find cuddly bath and towels, as well as soap and shampoo. The modern kitchen is furnished with fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker and various cooking utensils and welcomes you with fresh fruit and chilled drinks upon your arrival. Upon request, we will also fill the fridge for your arrival according to your needs (for reimbursement of costs). Parking spaces are of course available free of charge on the premises. Please note pets and no smoking is allowed in the house. Guest access Our guests have access to all spaces and outdoor areas and can use the villa and pool alone during their stay.
