This is a quiet neighborhood so we do not allow parties. Guest access Guests have complete use of second floor apartment, deck, and yard. Other things to note Guests put out their own trash in garbage bags that are provided and recyclables every Thursday night. Trash and recyclable are placed in front of the house on the street. The schedule is posted on the refrigerator.
