Spacious apartment Nijmegen central location

Welcome to this beautiful spacious loft, an apartment in a 1930s 'city villa' in the oldest city of the Netherlands, Nijmegen. A nice place close to the Waal and the city center with a workplace. The loft is modern and equipped with every comfort. You walk down the street and stand on the Waal. Looking out over the undulating waters of the Waal, your thoughts easily wander. Nothing on your mind. Lots of hiking and biking possibilities. There is a snack bar in the street. The space The spacious loft is located on the 4th floor and is 60 m2 with windows at the front and back. It is one large open space with nice relax corner sofa, a TV with a chromecast. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a nice sitting area, a fridge, 2 burner induction hob, extractor, oven/microwave, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a double bed with separate mattresses, a closet and a clothing rack. The bed can be made up with one duvet or with two single duvets. There is a shower and toilet, these are separate from each other. There is also a Samsung washing machine and Bosch dryer. The wifi is of good quality. And there is a Mitsubishi air conditioner/heater available. TIP: Set your navigation to Ferry Portierstraat 4. My corner house is next door, at Weurtseweg 236. Guest access You walk through the front yard to the front door. In the front garden, there is a seat in the sun on the south side that you can use. You will use a smart lock, so you are not dependent on anyone. The front door and the stairs up are shared with the resident of the house. The resident lives on the 1st and 2nd floor of the house, this will be closed. The resident uses the back door of the house, and the guest(s) use the front door. There is parking for the car next to the door. Paid parking: Mon-Sat 12:00-18:00. There is no paid parking after 6 pm and on Sundays. You can park for free on the NIMMA grounds, which are a few minutes' walk from my house. There is a free storage room for storing bicycles, and there is also space for disposing of waste. Nijmegen is a real cycling city. Information about renting bicycles can be found on the website intonijmegen. Other things to note Many young families live in the clean, quiet, safe neighborhood. When you walk out of Ferry Portierstraat, you are on the Waal. In front of you, you will see the Honigcomplex Nijmegen | delicious food, music and art in one location. To the left is the cultural site De Vasim Nijmegen | culture - events - sports - hospitality - recreation & more. Diagonally opposite my house, turn right at the front, you can take a walk in the Westerpark, where there are playground and fitness equipment. If you turn left on the Weurtseweg to the city center, you will walk past the De Industrie - Thuishaven for taste and entertainment and you will arrive at the Kronenburgpark. You can walk to the Jumbo Nijmegen Fenikshof supermarket in 15 minutes. You can walk in 15 minutes to the city center and/or to the NS/bus station and/or Doornroosje - Poppodium Nijmegen. You can cycle in 15 minutes to the University of Applied Sciences of Arnhem and Nijmegen, Radboud University and/or hospital.
