One bedroom modern apartment on the third floor (with elevator access) of a new building a short 10/15 minute walk from both Stockwell/Brixton Underground stations. From these stations you are only 15 mins away from central London. Locally you have Brixton Academy and all the independent coffee shops and restaurants found in Brixton market. The space We have now moved out of the flat so there are a few things in the pictures which will not be there when you arrive. In the Living room there will not be the Coffee table, rug, Lamp and TV you see in the pictures. The bedroom will not have the bedside tables and lamps. The kitchen will not have a microwave, toaster, coffee machine. We will leave a small amount of cutlery and crockery to use with a pan and oil if need as well as a kettle. The art will not be on the walls. But everything else will be there - including balcony furniture (This boasts views across the city), dining table and chairs, sofa, green accent chair, bed, chest of drawers, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob. and the space will be all cleared out so you will have lots of room to unpack. Guest access You will have access to the entire flat. Other things to note There is an elevator in the building.
