Tucked away in Bursledon, The Annexe at Grove Cottage provides you with a peaceful and private space. Dedicated off road parking for 1 car, a large double bedroom with ensuite, along with a small utility room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Walking distance from local pubs and the river hamble, with Manor Farm country park and water activities within a 5 minute drive. A perfect spot to stay for the local marina sailing courses or before a Cruise out of Southampton. The space Although the Annexe is an adjoining part of the property, it benefits from having its own private entrance, private patio area and allocated parking. The adjoining internal door will be locked at all times allowing you to have privacy as if it was a separate building. The utility room has everything you would require for a comfortable stay. It is aimed towards shorter stays but please do not hesitate to ask if there is something you require for a longer period. The master bedroom is a large double bedroom with ample storage, private en-suite with walk in shower and large bath. During your stay We will allow our guests privacy but are more than happy to help with any queries if required. The annexe is connected to the main house but the internal door is kept locked at all times. Other things to note The Annexe is primarily designed and set up for shorter stays. Please note - there are no formal cooking facilities. Only the basic kitchen equipment is provided with microwave, fridge freezer, tea/coffee, kettle, toaster. There are several great local pubs with large outdoor areas. The Jolly Sailor - a 15 minute walk through old Bursledon. Riverside views and gastro pub food. The Fox & Hounds - a 10 minute walk. A relatively large homely pub with good selection of food and drink. The Vine Inn - A traditional village pub. Food served on certain nights. Cosy interior and small beer garden in the heart of Bursledon Village. The Linden Tree - a 2 minute walk. A local pub only serving drinks but with a large rear beer garden. Miller & Carter Steakhouse - a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive. One stop newsagent only 500m from the bottom of The Grove. A larger more substantial supermarket (Tesco's) is a 5 minute drive or 15minute walk away.
