Hello My Guest You have your own private room, calm and comfort, high speed Wifi and almost all necessaries to have a suitable short stay. (Ideal for solo) You are close to the Metro and Bus station and to some "Must Visit" places, Restaurants and Bars of Paris 13e. The neighborhood of Butte aux Cailles is full of Art Street, which is worth a walk, discovering and taking some photos. Besides, I am present to give information to you and I will be available to show you Paris if my schedule fits. The space The apartment is on the 1st floor and has 2 rooms: a living room and a bedroom. The bedroom is dedicated to the guest with direct access to WC. The living room, the kitchen and the bathroom are shared. Guest access Make yourself at home. Printer, Wifi and space work are provided if you need. During your stay each guest has a different desire and availability. I will do my best to be available during your stay for questions or to socialize. The room is only for 1 person, but in case of emergency if you're 2, please inform me before your reservation. Smoke-free environment but I won't smoke.
