House is fully furnished with all cookware and linens. Patio doors off kitchen lead to large private lakeview patio with BBQ. Walkway down to the lake leads to your private waterfront area. WIFI & 50inch 4K smart TV above fireplace. The space - Smart TV, stream your services, also includes Satellite TV with sports package - High speed internet / WIFI - Fully furnished kitchen including small appliances such as microwave and toaster, pots, pans dinnerware etc - Air conditioned via a ductless mini split (no noise inside the house) - Standard coffee maker, kettle and French press - Front loading washer and gas dryer - Queen size bed, linens and pillows provided or bring your own. - Patio with 2 chairs, end table, BBQ - Private waterfront area with firepit. 8x8 deck and 8x10 floating dock. A reasonable amount of firewood is provided for a fire each day. Waterfront is accessible via the path pictured. Must be able to walk on uneven ground down a slight slope to access the waterfront. - Plenty of parking, interlock stone driveway, snow removal maintained by owner. - Strict no pets and no smoking policy, non negotiable. Guest access The guest house is a fully detached house on my property. You will have full private access to the house along with a patio overlooking the lake and your own private waterfront area. You can borrow our canoe for use on our lake, paddles and lifejackets provided. Or bring your own kayak/SUP etc.
