Private Studio Room in Greensborough

We have a simple and private studio room (with separate entrance) nestled on the side of our home that we do not use, so we decided to make use of the space and give it an opportunity! There is plenty of parking on the road, or if you prefer, there are quieter side streets nearby. Unfortunately, we do not have parking on our property for guests. Pets are welcome for an additional fee (please indicate in your booking). Pets will have access to an enclosed courtyard to keep them safe and secure. The space The private studio room has a separate entrance on the side of the house, attached ensuite with a rain shower head, basic kitchenette with kitchen appliances, and a walk-in robe. Unfortunately, there are no cooking facilities. There's also Smart TV, split system heating and cooling, and electric blankets. Guest access You can access the private studio room via the shared driveway and patio. You are welcome to lounge and use the outdoor furniture in the undercover patio area. Other things to note Long term or regular bookings are welcome. A discount will be automatically applied for long term stays.
