Recent house from 2015, close to the village center (300 m) and its shops. House with a very nice veranda/winter garden. Several terrace corners to enjoy the sun at any time of the day. Garden surrounding the house with trampoline and ping pong table. One master bedroom and one children's bedroom. 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets 2 cats stay at home! The space 10 minutes from Biarritz and its shops, also 10 minutes from Bayonne or 15 minutes to the beaches of Bidart. With 2 cats that stay on site :-) On the ground floor an entrance with toilet, access to the laundry room and garage. Large living area with open equipped kitchen, lounge area with TV (with Netflix, YouTube etc. or a Chromecast). A dining table and the veranda that opens fully to make it a 2nd lounge area. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) shower and sink, a children's bedroom with a single bed that easily turns into a real double bed (2*90 cm). There is a TV with Chromecast only. There is also a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink. The 3rd bedroom remains closed with our personal belongings. On the large terrace outside to the south and west you will find another seating area and a table for eating outside. There is also a real shower which is super convenient after a beach outing or other! All our boys' games are accessible: trampoline, legos, playmobils, figurines, board games etc. Guest access access to the whole house except one room where we leave our private belongings part of garage where the washing machines are (garage closed if short stay) Other things to note 2 Cats; one from July 2023 and an old cat from 2008.
