Note - there a few stairs from the parking space to the entrance & the living area, kitchen & bathroom of the annex / lodge and up one flight of internal stairs The space Completely self contained accommodation above oak garages - on a separate piece of land to our house. The annex has a downstairs hallway, upstairs bedroom / sitting room area with a kingsize bed, sofa, armchair, SMART TV and WIFI. The kitchen has a microwave combo grill, fridge, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, glasses, crockery & cafetière. Breakfast bar with two stools in a lovely light spot by the window. The bathroom has a sink, loo and shower. Towels are provided. Tea, coffee and milk are provided along with washing up liquid, cloth and tea towel. Enjoy your own garden with bistro table and chairs, and two lounging chairs. Fan provided in hot weather.
