Parking is also available on the side of the road where spaces are usually always available. Guest access Access to all areas except the garage which will remain private to the hosts. During your stay We do not live at the property, however please contact us with any questions or issues. Other things to note Please also be aware of the following: - You will have a shelf in the fridge, freezer and cupboard for your food items. - There is no dryer, but a large drying line and indoor heated clothes dryer are available to all guests. - The bathroom is located downstairs. - TV is not available. - Please provide your own toiletries (toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel etc). - We are quite strict on our 10pm - 7am quiet hours as this is a quiet residential area and our neighbours sleep and wake early for work. - You are welcome to access the garden at anytime. - Please note the room has an internal latch door lock and external door padlock. - There is no TV license for this property so please do not watch live TV / live streaming services on the premises in line with the UK TV license guidlines/ rules.
