Welcome to our family home in the beautiful seaside setting of Dun Laoghaire. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city centre, and take time out to be by the sea, and live like a local. Our home is nestled between the quaint village of Monkstown and Dun Laoghaire town, down a quiet cul de sac - perfect for a weekend getaway. We can't wait to host you and we hope you love our home as much as we do. The space Our home is an end of terrace, recently renovated two story house. Downstairs you are immediately greeted by a bright modern open plan living/kitchen area. The double doors open out into a private walled garden space complete with outdoor furniture. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs are two bedrooms. One with a king sized bed, the other is a child's room with a cot and bunk-beds. The family bathroom is upstairs, with a toilet, sink and shower. Guest access The entire house is yours, with parking available outside. Other things to note Our home is perfectly imperfect. We live here with our baby and dog, so although not five star luxury, it is cosy, homely and is lived in.
