Whether on business, visiting family, or exploring Asia, our newly furnished penthouse studio, located in one of the tallest residential buildings in the Philippines, can be your home away from home! If your dates are booked, check our other studios under my profile. The space Our penthouse studio offers comfort and practicality above all else. An ergonomic orthopaedic queen size bed guarantees a goodnight’s sleep with stunning views of the city and its lights. A comfortable danish designed double sized sofa bed is also at your disposal. Extra pillows are also available. Body towels, hand towels and essentials such as toothbrush/toothpaste are provided for free! (We all tend to forget our toothbrushes when we pack!) A sizeable and well equipped kitchenette will allow you to cook your favourite meals with the pans and cookery provided. If microwaved food is more your style then go ahead or fill up your favourite cup noodles with the kettle. And for those that need a mighty coffee in the morning, a reliable coffee machine is at hand! (Or a no fuss, instant coffee) WiFi comes at no extra cost, having unlimited data usage and speeds of up to 50mbps. Unsurprisingly though as is the case in Manila, there may be rare moments of internet interruption. Watch and binge Netflix shows (Included for free) and movies on the large 49inch Samsung Smart TV (Please note local channels are not supported) or play your own media with an HDMI cable. Of course our studio is thoroughly cleaned after each stay and linen replaced with fresh ones. You can expect hotel quality and cleanliness during your stay. Guest access Located in Century City, an upscale development, The Gramercy Residences is one of the tallest buildings in the country (3rd tallest residential tower standing tall at 250M!). While it is a residential building it is styled after a hotel. Thus you will find as you enter the building, a grand lobby with concierge and luxury amenities including the famed infinity pool located on the 36th floor granting a breathtaking view of the Makati skyline. For those that enjoy a little exercise, a fully equipped gym, serene yoga room and a multi-lane lap pool can be accessed on the 37th and 36th floor respectively. There is also a kiddie pool for the kids. A sauna is also available in both the men's and women's changing rooms or get tanned while lying down on the rooftop sunbathing decks. While security is strict, it will ensure that you have a safe stay at the Gramercy. Each guest is given an individual and temporary pass granting access to the amenities and floor location of the unit. Be mindful that certain areas of the building are restricted to temporary guests such as the cinema and game rooms. (Our cleaning fee covers the cost of cleaning and part of the processing fee for your ID. We take care of the deposit on the card) Right next door is the the Century City Mall while The Gramercy is also a stone’s throw away from numerous small shops, eateries and cafes! Please communicate this ahead of time. Upon reservation a copy of your passport or valid ID (eg. Driver’s license) will be required. The building requires a personalized access card (photo from your ID). We cover 1 card, but extra cards cost ₱350, and lost cards cost ₱3,000. Cards are non-transferable—only the cardholder can use them. For elevators or amenities, the cardholder must accompany you. Amenities are limited to 2 guests/unit at a time per building rules.
