The house amenities include: gas fireplace, 5G Wifi, ROKU TV, gourmet kitchen with gas stove, and BBQ on the covered patio. The space The house has been furnished with longer stays in mind. It offers th peace privacy and flexibility professionals need. The decor is tasteful, with calming neutral tones and natural light. There are high ceilings, large windows and unique artwork. There are 2 long comfy couches to lounge on while watching TV. There are up/down and black out blinds throughout the home for privacy and for night-shifters. The main bedroom is spacious with a king bed and an en suite bath with a step in shower. You will find gourmet kitchen appliances as well as pots and pans to cook/bake all your favorite dishes. The central heating and air conditioning system keeps the house a comfortable temperature year-round, but you can cozy up to the gas fireplace in winter or refresh on the covered patio in summer. The yard is fenced for privacy. You can use the 2 car attached garage to keep your car out of the weather and store unneeded items. Guest access Self check in with the keyless entry at the front door. Guests have access to the entire home plus the garage. Other things to note Due to the nature of the keyed neighborhood mailbox system, I can not provide access to the mailbox. If you need to receive mail during your stay, please inquire at the UPS store on Queensgate Blvd or the post office for a private mailbox. Amazon does not always deliver to the front porch.
