Enjoy our beautiful, private Russian River home surrounded by redwoods, minutes from downtown Guerneville. The space Our home features a stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings, comfortable furniture, and space to hang out and lounge. It has all of the modern amenities you need including high speed internet and a flat screen TV. Please note that river access is seasonal: The private dock only has water from mid-June to mid-September (when the summer dams are in place). During these months, you’ll have easy access for boating, floating, or lounging on the water. We have a 2-3 person canoe, 2 person kayak, single kayak and kids kayak along with life vests available for use. There is a sandy/gravel beach neighborhood beach just 2 houses down from the property as well. The spacious back deck provides stunning views of the river, redwood trees, and wildlife. The house has unobstructed and private views of trees and nature from every angle, as it faces an island. The deck also features a propane gas grill, and table with seating for 8 people. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless-steel appliances: a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffeemaker, toaster, and microwave oven. It has all the dinnerware, flatware, glassware, cookware, and pots and pans you'll need for your visit. There are two lower level seating areas to sit back and relax and gaze at the river, or just watch the butterflies and birds meandering in the garden. Bedroom and bathroom one: Queen bed with workspace/desk, and an on-suite bathroom that includes a bathtub and shower. Workspace includes mesh internet extender for strong indoor/outdoor wifi and a laser printer with wifi and cable hook-ups.
