A private room in a high set pavilion style, architect designed home. The home backs onto its own private bushland and boasts stunning views of Mt Ninderry and across to the coast. The space The very private and secure guest room has a double bed, kitchenette, breakfast table and private balcony overlooking Mt Ninderry. There is a shared modern bathroom (with door lock) and laundry in the same pavilion. Guests are also welcome to share the use of the main deck with the owners. Our home is centrally located midway between Noosa and Maroochydore, with easy access to the Bruce Highway. It is the perfect tranquil setting to return to after a day exploring the Sunshine Coast. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the secure guest bedroom with kitchenette and private deck. Shared areas include the laundry and main deck. The bathroom is shared with one other person only. Other things to note Being a relatively new home, the gardens are still a work in progress. The bushland up behind the property is part of our land and you are welcome to take a stroll through and admire the views from the top. The driveway is very steep and this may not suit everyone. There is an alternative parking space further down, but it then requires a short walk up the driveway to the house. Please consider this before booking.
