SandPoint! Neighborhood pool/beach walkover

Sand Point Seaside is located less than a mile to town. Our home is walking distance to the neighborhood beach walkover, and 3 doors down from the neighborhood pool. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and sleeps up to 10. Family & Pet Friendly! The space Our home is located less than a mile to downtown Port Aransas. Don't stay half way to Corpus! We are located off mile marker 9. There is a restaurant/bar located walking distance at the end of our street. There is a neighborhood beach walkover walking distance from the house. The house is well equipped with everything you will need. We have a closet full of games for the family, cards, DVD's, Books, beach toys, beach chairs, BABY ITEMS (stroller, portable crib, high chair) LESS TO PACK! Coffee Maker, Toaster, WASHER DRYER, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. Guest access The entire home sleeps 10. The only exception is if you have a small child that will be in a crib, or sleeping in bed with parents. This is for the comfort of our guests. Other things to note We provide a high chair, portable crib, stroller and baby swing for ease in packing. We also have loads of games, movies, books, and beach toys for your use. LESS TO PACK!! We allow a maximum of 2 pets for an additional fee.
