Spacious private double room in a fully equipped 64m2 apartment. Ideal for travelers that want to enjoy El Médano and explore the island. I will spend nights at the apartments. The apartment has wifi, balcony, big TV, Netflix. Bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are just 5 minutes from the apartment. The space The room has a king size bed (182x200cm) which can be adapted to 2 single beds (91x200com) and wardrobe. The room is situated on an internal patio with no car circulation. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee makers and all the basics for cooking. Sofa comfortably sits 3 people and living room is provided with a 55’ smart-TV (Netflix, YouTube). Wifi is optic fiber at 200Mb/sec. Multiple electric plugs are available in all the spaces. Bathroom has a spacious newly renovated non-slip walk-in shower of 180x80cm and water heater capacity is 40 liters. The building is in Cabezo area: near to everything but away from the noise of bars. The apartment is on the second floor and accessible by lift. Guest access You can use all the areas of the house, except for my room. During your stay I love direct and clear communication, and I am able to adjust to different traveling styles. I am always available to offer suggestions or go out for a drink, when requested and off my working hours. Other things to note The space is functional and welcoming: hundreds of guests and massage patients came here. If you’re easy going people who like their space being respected and doing the same, that’s a match :) During my morning practice, I might use (quality) incense.
