We refuse renting to groups of friends wanting to gather or party. Pls describe your group when requesting booking, example: (5 guests, parents & three children ages 13, 10, 8 and one quiet dog), or (two couples with 2 children ages 2 and 5) Inviting others to the cottage during the stay is not allowed. 📣Loud music / noise / loud voice / excessive barking of dogs are not allowed in the neighborhood. 6️⃣Max 6 guests including children. Situated on a private road in a very large forest with walking trails meeting lake Simcoe. Private water front deck, private beach, & private dock. Nothing shared or public. Fully renovated cottage with brand new custom kitchen done in mid 2021. 🧽 Thoroughly cleaned with anti-viral and antibacterial products and disinfected. The hot tub water (~1,600 litters) cleaned for each booking. 🐶 potty trained well behaved dogs (with no excessive barking ) are allowed. But cannot accept cats due to allergies. 🧖‍♀️Sauna (Aromatic red cedar wood), hot tub (60 jets 2020 model, with several light ambiance) facing the most beautiful part of Simcoe lake, Sandy cove view. ☀️ All day sun, from sunrise to sunset. Private, no exit road with one side mainly forest and ravines while the other side all lake front properties. Very large and lush trees. 💧 2021, most advanced, drinking water filter system (with UV light killing germs, reverse osmosis, 4 filters) from a dedicated faucet by the sink and also from the fridge water and ice dispensers. 📲G. Great Lake location for swimming and water sports. The beach and water start with beautiful river rocks and 20’ in the water the bottom of the lake is very nice and sandy. ( not mud like most of other places on south of lake Simcoe) Stylish hot and cold shower panel right on the beach deck / dock area. Great way to get the chill out right after a swim in the spring or early fall. Hot tub and sauna functional year round. Live music and many activists at Friday Harbour resorts 5 min away. Included in the rate: Canoe, Stand Up board and dock in the summer. Guest access The waterfront cottage is on a septic tank. Please avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper. We cannot have more than 6 people using the bathrooms at any given day. 7:00 am to 10:30 pm access to the hot tub and sauna Other things to note The water at the cottage is from a ~300 feet deep well. It is rich with healthy minerals. The water is fully filtered for drinking purposes at the kitchen small faucet and also from the fridge ice and water dispensers. However the water in the hot tub is not fully filtered for drinking. As a result the hot tub water when refilled fresh initially will not look as clear as filtered city water. The hot tub is kept very clean and often purged and refilled.
