Very spacious bathroom with 2 showers. Dining room with large window overlooking the pool. Poolside lounge area with sofa and deckchairs. The apartment is accessible by car, 10 minutes from Locarno. Public transport is a 5-minute walk from the house. The entrance is located directly on the pool floor. The pool is not heated and the Whirlpool tub is not working. Guest access The studio has free parking and direct access to the pool. The pool is only used by the owners and guests of the house. Guests have access to the terrace with lounge and deckchairs on the pool floor.
