This home is located within the great attractions that Utah has to offer. The Arches in Moab Ut, Goblin Valley State Park, Dead Horse Point, and many more! Green River offers activities to check out as well; Museum/Information center, Crystal Geyser, Beach area alongside the river, Golf course, Hiking, ATV trails, River rafting etc. Small farm community, population around 900, google area and miles to your destinations. Home is NOT kid friendly. No pets allowed. Host lives in town. The space This single-level residence offers approximately 1600 sq. ft. of living space, featuring two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, and the availability of a queen-sized air mattress upon request. The property includes one full bathroom. Guests will have access to Wi-Fi, two televisions, a spacious sectional sofa with two recliners, and a piano. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, wine glasses, cookware, and a coffee maker. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, and two barbecues. Please note that this property is NOT designed to accommodate children under 12 or pets. 2 closets containing hosts vacuum, carpet cleaner, cleaning supplies, etc. are locked within the home & are off limits to guests. The property is equipped with dusk-to-dawn lighting in the front and back, along with solar lights throughout the premises. Private off-road parking is available, accommodating trucks with trailers and RVs. The property does not include a garage, and outbuildings are restricted. The rear of the property, approximately one acre, provides space for additional guests to camp, featuring a grassy area and three large cottonwood trees. Camping is available for an additional fee and does not include hookups. For security purposes, a RING DOORBELL CAMERA is installed to monitor the entrance and driveway. This camera is in place to deter unauthorized activities and protect the host's property. Any tampering with the camera will result in immediate removal of guests without a refund. Guest access For the main house, a lockbox is provided, and the code will be shared a few hours before your scheduled arrival. Please note that check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Early check-in may incur an additional fee. All outside buildings will be kept locked. Other things to note As the third generation to be the caretaker of this home and property, I kindly request that you treat the antiques and decorations, both inside and outside the house, with respect. The house rules, regulations, and WiFi information are conveniently posted within the home. Please be aware that there is a wild cat residing on the back end of the property, whom I care for daily by providing food and water. When making your reservation, you are asked to provide the number of guests. This information assists me in preparing for your stay, such as providing the appropriate number of towels and water bottles. If your reservation indicates two adults, that is the number we anticipate and prepare for. Any additional guests beyond what is listed are considered unapproved. Guests who wish to have visitors during their stay must obtain prior approval from me before booking. Approved visitors may be subject to an additional charge. Unapproved visitors will unfortunately result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund, and all individuals will be required to vacate the property.
