Your place is right on the Elbe in beautiful Blasewitz. You have the perfect starting point for excursions from here;-) Restaurants, shopping, tram and steamer stop... you can reach everything by foot. From here it is an 8-minute walk to the Blue Miracle. You can get to the university clinic in 7 minutes by tram. To the city to art and culture you need 15 minutes by bike, 20 with the tram. 2 bikes are ready for relaxed bike rides. The whole apartment is yours. The space Small but nice. There's everything you'll need here. The terrace is perfect for a sunny breakfast, lunch, coffee and dinner. You can relax here. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom has a big closet for all your belongings. There you can also stay longer. The bathroom is with window. Guest access At ground level, you can comfortably get to the apartment. The whole apartment is yours. Other things to note For longer stays (from 21 days/3 weeks) I allow myself to increase the cleaning fee to a maximum of 50 EUR.
