This is a remarkable place: the workshop was also selected for the filming of a police series on France 2 in 2023! The key box and the individual closed garage make this magical place particularly accessible in the hyper center, in a building classified for its Art-Deco style (1920s-30s), its Jean Prouvé door, and its William Geissler stained glass windows (in the common areas). This large single-story apartment is fully furnished to accommodate guests, however closets and drawers remain reserved. Bedrooms: Two large bedrooms, with 160 beds and luxury bedding, super comfortable, and very quiet. Two extra single beds in the living room. Towels and bed linen are provided. Roller shutters on large windows. Closets and storage. Kitchen: fully equipped, with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, Magimix, citrus juicer, raclette and stone grill, water filter carafe, dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and iron… Living space: Bar with 4 high stools, dining room with 6 chairs, living room with TV area, large library with large selection of novels, psychology and personal development books, large bright windows. Beautiful bathroom completely renovated, with shower, bathtub and two sinks, luxury materials, separate toilet. Office: office space and WiFi. 2 large fans on stands, adjustable, with multiple speeds. Board games On request: baby cot and high chair. Guest access Access to the entire accommodation, except some reserved closets. Access also to the closed individual garage (just below the accommodation) Key box, accessible at the garage level.
