Coastal family retreat in Gower with hot tub

Come and relax in our spacious family home that sleeps up to 8 people. Perfectly situated in a peaceful village on the gateway to the Gower Peninsula, we are a 10 minute walk to the nearest beaches, Brandy Cove, Pwll Du, Langland and Caswell. There are 3 local pubs, a Co-op and a Post Office in the village as well as 2 parks. A short drive takes you to Mumbles; brimming with independent shops, boutique restaurants and trendy bars. The space Relax and unwind in-front of the log burning stove in our main reception room. The lounge room next door provides an ideal extra space, with a corner sofa and a new Smart 55” tv, enabling you to chill out and watch Netflix and all the usual channels. We love to cook, so have a large, well equipped kitchen and you are welcome to use the ingredients you find. There is a Rangemaster cooker, dishwasher, microwave, Hotel Chocolat hot chocolate maker, pasta machine, snow cone maker and bread machine. A perfect home-from-home for families, we have a playroom with an abundance of toys and board games. A travel cot is also available on request. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms and 1 super king size bedroom with an en suite bathroom (shower). There is also a family bathroom with a roll top bath and separate shower. Wash the days sand off in the heated outdoor shower or take a soak in the outdoor hot tub. We also enjoy an enclosed private rear garden with a pizza oven, chiminea, bbq and patio area with an abundant supply of logs. A garden office adds additional space with a double futon if needed and is Wi Fi enabled so offers perfect home working facilities. There is a large, secure driveway with parking for 3 to 4 cars. Guest access Access to the whole house, garden and garage. Other things to note The house is tastefully decorated but is a family home and is well used and well loved. While we do have professional cleaners, this is not a show home type let so expect the odd chipped skirting board ;) In every bedroom there will be ample draws / wardrobe space for guests’ clothes. However our personal belongings will remain but will be sectioned off.
