Private room with bathroom in a small village

The room is located in the small and quiet village of Kvášňovice. There are plenty of opportunities for walks in nature nearby. The room is modern and cozy. It has its own private entrance and is in a completely quiet place. Ideal for relaxing or just sleeping on the road. The space The room is located in the attic of one of the old barns in the garden. The entrance to the room is private and is accessed by steeper stairs that you can see here in the photographs. Caution! Stairs can be more complicated for larger dogs. The room itself is spacious. There is a large bed, a table, and a sofa bed. The small kitchenette offers basic cookware, cooker, coffee maker and toaster. There is electric heating in the room. The bathroom is fully equipped (including bath towels and hand towels). Everything you see in the photos is available in the accommodation. Before entering the room itself, there is a space where guests can sit, a basket with chips to make a fire, forks for roasting and a chest that invites guests to explore the surroundings and get a reward at the end of the journey. The fire pit is located a few meters from the room and has a barbecue stone. UPDATE 2026: New underfloor heating of the room. Comfortable even for winter stays Guest access Access to the room is private and is located at the back of the garden. The room is accessed by steeper stairs. (These can be more complicated for larger dogs) Next to the house where the room is located, there is a fireplace with seating for guests. Wood and fire equipment are available to guests. Other things to note The guest will check in by the “self check in” process, a separate place to stay. We'll send check-in instructions before check-in. Free parking in front of the room. Possibility to store bikes for a lockable garage. Breakfast baskets to order. We send the offer a few days before arrival. If you need to prepare twin beds (i.e. prepare a couch), please let us know well in advance.
