Private room with bathroom in a small village

The room is located in the small and quiet village of Kvášňovice. There are plenty of opportunities for walks in nature nearby. The room is modern and cozy. It has its own private entrance and is in a completely quiet place. Ideal for relaxing or just sleeping on the road. The space The room is located in the attic of one of the old barns in the garden. The entrance to the room is private and is accessed by steeper stairs that you can see here in the photographs. Caution! Stairs can be more complicated for larger dogs. The room itself is spacious. There is a large bed, a table, and a sofa bed. The small kitchenette offers basic cookware, cooker, coffee maker and toaster. Electric heating is located in the room. The bathroom is fully equipped. Everything you see in the photos is available in the accommodation. Before entering the room itself, there is a small area where a basket of chips is available for guests to make a fire and forks for roasting. The fire pit is located a few meters from the room and has a barbecue stone. Guest access Access to the room is private and is located at the back of the garden. The room is accessed by steeper stairs. (These can be more complicated for larger dogs) Next to the house where the room is located, there is a fireplace with seating for guests. Wood and fire equipment are available to guests. Other things to note The guest will check in using the “self check in” process, self check-in. We'll send you check-in instructions before you arrive. Free parking right in front of the room. Possibility of storing bicycles in a lockable garage. If you need to prepare separate beds (i.e. also prepare a couch), please inform us well in advance.
